    The plan was to do the pattern of Ironborn (Legs/Abs/Push/Pull) with Darebee workouts and add it to yoga and bouldering...cause that kind of split suited me very well. Well, the mistake I did yesterday was to use "Front Lever Prep" as Abs workout. It gave me soreness in all parts of my upperbody, so Yoga it was for today. Bouldering is planned for tomorrow.

        HellYeah, I missed the last...4 or 5 days of the YWA Revolution, cuz my husb did it without me while I was at my daughterโ€™s. I think there was some freestyle stuff in there, though. I was happy to come back and discover she had made another program for the new year. Otherwise, we were just gonna redo her other programs, cuz we like having a daily plan for it. I struggle with picking a video randomly to follow on a daily basis, so the programs work better for us....

          I started REVOLUTION two or three times, and I didn't finish it before christmas. Yesterday I was in between the decision to start HOME or to finally finish revolution. I didn't have enough time for Day 1of HOME, so I skipped Day 28 of REV and did Day 29 ... so in short, I like her programs, too... for the same reasons, you do.
