"Kick to handstand," "kicking up to handstand," and "handstand kick-ups" are all expressions I use as a native English speaker.
This is in contrast to "handstand hops" which = jumping both feet at once into a handstand position and "pressing to handstand" which = entering the handstand position without the benefit of momentum from an initial explosive push-off (which can be done from various starting positions).
