Amirsh It already did... Had a nice sunday morning breakfast with the family.

Btw: I lost 1kg in the last week, so it is confirmed, you can lose weight with a bunch of sweets, if you cut other meals...

Well,... it did not went as I planned!
I planned a low intensity, high volume day, because it was my second bouldering day within a week, but… I got hooked on some harder slab/vertical problems, so it turned out to be a high intensity session. Two long roof boulders gave me a good pump in my forearms as a finisher.
Let's see how I feel tomorrow, I predict some major soreness and tired muscles.

That happens to me as well - I want to take it easy, or only work on one specific problem, but then I see something interesting and I forget about my plan

But it also means that the route setters did a great job.
