sleep_twitch ... and that behaviour is consistent, even at world class competition level, the different competitors discuss the best way/ideas beforehand.
Every time I see your “lights out at 11: nope,” and “reasonable eating: nope,” I chuckle to myself. At least you’re honest and giving it all a shot! Such hard goals to have during the holiday season in particular!🥴😝
DorothyMH Why should I lie? Doesn't get me anywhere... In the end I am not in a bad situation, even when I do not reach 11pm it is not after midnight anymore. My bodyfat is in a range where I am definitely ok, and I started IF again, what means binging of sugar carbs after breaking the fast is most likely to happen. Let's see how week two is going..
