              I had already seen the site and from time to time I go back there, it's a good idea for me to focus on the pull-ups for the new year, now I'm still laying a solid foundation to grow then

                          I love that too! I've met so many nice and supportive people while bouldering

                          I like your "freesyle December" plan - with everything going on at DAREBEE and Christmas celebration etc., it's probably a wise choice

                                DorothyMH Why should I lie? Doesn't get me anywhere... In the end I am not in a bad situation, even when I do not reach 11pm it is not after midnight anymore. My bodyfat is in a range where I am definitely ok, and I started IF again, what means binging of sugar carbs after breaking the fast is most likely to happen. Let's see how week two is going..
