                Hope you will feel better soon. In about 2 or 3 months I like todo Ironborn again. I will keep an eye on your progression on Ironbody. Lunges and heavy weights is not a good option for me bumping up the weights for squats and deadlifts is do-able. A variation with other abs-exercises sound promising. Take care.

                    photon I am thinking of doing Ironbody to start the new year, cause else I would have to take a vacation break.
                    I guess am following the gladiator trainings plan for the rest of the year. And as my knees are much more stable right now, I like to continue and finish {ywa: REVOLUTION} on rest days.

                                I have to admit, I was afraid before starting ywa,
                                cause of a combination of 3 reasons:

                                I haven't done yoga for quite some time
                                It was a strength practice
                                I was curious, if my knee would be pain free

                                And… everything was fine… exept my hamstrings and calves were so sore from thursdays kettlebell swings, that I had to work myself into downward dog a bit…
                                Besides, I felt stronger in my legs, and plank… thanx Ironborn!
                                … rolling my thoracic spine shows results, too.

                                conclusion: progress!
