              I can laugh about it now, I thought I missed a deadline and paniced a bit, cause some money of my co-workers was involved. Later I found out, that I miscounted month and I have one to spare. Stupid me!

                        23 to 29, I did yesterday. My goal was to complete the challenge in 7 days and yesterday I had some time to spare while doing some document scans. So "only" day 30i s left to do.

                          How did you do that? The most I can do in stressful moments is to eat healthy stuff instead of junk food. But I still feel unpleasantly full afterwards.

                            My plan to eat reasonable was still young, so I guess that was the key.

                                I like this “reasonable eating” thing. Nothing rigid, just moderation, and no beating yourself up for “failure.” It’s a good plan😎
