    Press Start to Play

I don't know why, but reading "Press Start to play" on day 1 of Hero's Journey really inspired me.

    Goals:
    Exercise every day
    Finish Hero's Journey
    Continue 100 day yoga project
    Get badges
    Keep children alive (day job)

I'm so over measuring my success by the size of my body and instead want to explore what this body can do.

    Day 1 log:
    Exercise streak-1
    Hero's Journey day 1
    chaturanga practice day 85
    No badges yet
    Day off

    Day 2 log:
    Exercise streak-2
Hero's Journey day 2-didn't get involved because those squats looked too hard, so I'll pay the price later
    chaturanga practice day 86
    No badges yet
Kept 13 Kindergarteners alive. Almost lost a first grader on the playground due to biting incident, but didn't.

    Day 3 (today):
    Exercise streak-3
Hero's Journey day 3-chose the ring as my weapon, which made chaturanga practice interesting
    chaturanga day 87
    No badges yet
Children status-Kept 3 children alive for 10 hours.

    All caught up. 💪

Daily Dare with extra credit? Well done
I'm keeping kindergarterners alive as well, but it isn't all that hot over here at the moment-- so no extra credit

I imagine your challenge begins in the winter. We rarely lose any to cold.

You're right, putting on gloves on tiny hands is a friggin' magic trick.

Keep track of your points in Hero's Journey (just a friendly reminder in case you arent tracking them) as that is also a badge aka award for the board!

Plus, be careful on that chaturanga practice....I ended up with "tennis elbow" (lateral epicondylitis) in my right elbow due to chaturanga, planks and push ups...the load is tough on the elbows! Make sure you stretch and try to watch form to prevent.

Thanks for the advice! I am keeping track of my points. As for the chaturanga practice, I have taken this one very slowly. I started it last December, or maybe November, and am finally almost done.
