I know I am late to the pullup comment party, but nonetheless I want to say sth...

... most people compare pullups with pushups, what is wrong imo. For difficulty and movement style pullups are more comparable with hanstand pushups. The comparable for a pushup would be a bodyweight row.

The first PullUp is hard, if you didn't do it in a young age and maintained the skill... it's nothing someone is able to do after a 22 day challenge. (..and putting GUARANTEED behind the title only guarantees clicks and frustration)...

Like the others say, stay consistent... and join the pullup team challenge in the playground section for support.. (GUARANTEED!!!)

I’ve had the same frustration after completing the Pull Up program from Redefining Strength. I put in the work, and made all the progressions, but still was not “pulling up,” even once. With my hands (nerve pain, and wrist issues) progressively a problem, as well, I decided to just do what I can do, keep “bar work” in my weekly plans, and accept where I am, with as much as I CAN do. At least I am maintaining the musculature that I DO have. I am satisfied with that. I don’t want to lose whatever I have gained in the effort😎😏
