    Flew to Harrisburg, PA for a work conference, and got to do some sightseeing - I was careful to log my steps at airports and my sightseeing stops. Awesome to think that I walked almost 5 miles throughout a busy day, for a full-time desk job I'll take as much activity as I can get!

    Dead Hang Challenge Day 1

    Just got our new home gym set up this week! Already had several dumbbells, a weight bench, and dip bars. Got stands for the dumbbells & plates, bought a power tower pullup station and a treadmill, then got foam floor squares to protect the floors. Everything is all set up, both me & my wife are excited to get back to working out again!
