    YESTERDAY: 4 miles total walking

    Left for my conference in Chicago (which also meant my first time flying ANYWHERE!) so plenty of walking through airport terminals, as well as exploring downtown Chicago. Crashed hard last night for a good solid sleep, but it was good to get some steps in!

    Buff Dudes Dumbbell Plan Phase 4 Day 1

    I need to go back to Day 4 on the BullyJuice plan, but I knew my Dumbbell Plan was legs today, so I thought I'd keep my strength for the main workout instead. Felt REALLY good to get all this in today!

    Great microworkout inbetween team meetings at work this morning. Our new washing machine arrives tonight, so I'll probably not have time for a larger workout later on, but oh well.

    So I'm gonna try to do a quick morning workout by YouTuber BullyJuice. Found his channel and it had a few 30-day plans, with most workouts lasting only 5 or 10 minutes. Still gonna work through the final phase of my Dumbbell Plan, but my schedule is so screwed up with extra work & puppy, I'm so far behind on that. Still hoping for it though!

    Buff Dudes Dumbbell Plan Phase 3 Day 4 (Week 3)

    Finally made it to the end of Phase 3, still waaayyy too much time inbetween my workouts but I'm taking the time where I can.

    Work is absolutely crazy, puppy life is still kicking our butts a little bit, and life continues to go on whether we're ready or not. All good though, just trying to make sure I kelp some semblance of exercise in my life whenever I can. Phase 4 of this plan is next, isolating body groups. I'm pumped to get pumped!

    Further and fewer between workouts still. Also did one less set of each exercise, and reordered then to make some supersets to save some time. Still felt good to work up a sweat though.

    Also totally missed the fact that April 20 was my 4 year anniversary of starting DareBee workouts!

    Took off one set of each exercise. Been two weeks since doing anything physical (puppy life) and also trying to save time so my wife isn't left alone with her for too long. Feels really good to work out again though...
