        I need to go back to Day 4 on the BullyJuice plan, but I knew my Dumbbell Plan was legs today, so I thought I'd keep my strength for the main workout instead. Felt REALLY good to get all this in today!

                YESTERDAY: 4 miles total walking

                Left for my conference in Chicago (which also meant my first time flying ANYWHERE!) so plenty of walking through airport terminals, as well as exploring downtown Chicago. Crashed hard last night for a good solid sleep, but it was good to get some steps in!

                        Plus I get a massage this evening, which will hopefully do wonders for my tense neck & shoulders (and help me relax in general with the hellish month that was July). Bring on the chill!

                          I've been walking off & on with the pup in the mornings, but haven't logged them here. I'm also logging my steps with a team from work for an internal fitness challenge - not doing as much as others, but doing what I can!
