                    Finally wrapped up my "morning challenges," recently wrapped 60 Days of Cardio, and also finally back to Strength Protocol! Hopefully will be able to double up some of these days in n order to finish by the New Year, or at the very least I'll be able to finish before the first Monday. I'd really like to jump back into some dumbbell workouts again, I think I've got a good gameplan ready for 2021.

                        46 squats for snowballs

                        I had to lower the reps for the V ups, and I couldn't fo any of the cross tricep extensions or L sits so I moved on. Lots of extra squats too after leg day, I might just let the remaining snowballs overtake me lol.

                          Strength Protocol Day 14

                          As usual, I had to modify it slightly - cut back on the reps/sets for the downward upward dogs as my shoulders were clicking. Overall though, proud of what I'm able to jump back into. And I also forgot how sore my legs & abs would be after hard days prior. Oh well, further up and further in!

                                TODAY'S WORKOUT

                                Strength Protocol Day 16 - had to do a little less of some the twisting exercises so as not to tweak my shoulders, but still knocked it out! Likely no workout tomorrow since I'll be spending most of the day relaying pavers on our back porch, but hoping to hop back in on Sunday.
