    Congrats on Dead Hang challenge

    That is one reason why the DB team advises to just do one program at a time; so you avoid overuse and/or overtraining issues which can also turn into injuries.😎

    Wow, I didn't think about the fact that these programs work the same set of muscles on a given day. That was a wicked pre-exhaust on my legs with bodyweight exercises before the dumbbell rounds. Good burn though!
