    Today sucked for many reasons. Nothing dire, it just sucked. No main workout today, pizza for dinner. I'm fried. This is an April fool's joke, right?

    On another note, the governor of Florida just issued a stay at home order for the rest of this month. I expected it, and I'm equipped for good food & exercising in the meantime along with working from home. Just hitting an emotional wall right now.

    Ab Crunch was good but it just reminds me how weak my core is lol. Was still good to do that instead of a full workout, plus getting a walk in with great weather outside. Supposed to rain tomorrow, so no walk but I'll do the dumbbell workouts.

    TODAY'S FOOD

    Cereal for breakfast, leftover chicken & pasta for lunch with veggies, and a Cadbury creme egg as a treat. Shrimp salads for dinner, hopefully I'll get a healthy munch in tonight but the cheese balls are calling my name...
