    Just did Baseline Day 19 Level 1 today. Had to get ready for an interview/assessment today for one of the jobs I've applied for, and I didn't want to work up too bad a sweat.

    I'll get plenty of practical work in tomorrow, then hit Zero Hero plus a dumbbell workout on Sunday. Further up and further in!

      TODAY'S NOTES

      Spent all day Saturday building a new dock surface, tons of lifting heavy lumber & assembly so I took the weights lighter this time around. All the exercises felt really good, next time through I'll go heavier for sure.

      TODAY'S FOOD

      This week's breakfast is a protein fruit smoothie, and lunch is more chicken & veggies. I do have some desserts I'm gonna try to devour bur in a sensible manner (shooting for only one a day, although today was a failure there lol) and we're gonna try to eat in a lot more this week. Feeling pretty good though, I'm a few pounds heavier than I'd like to be but I'll keep at it!

            Just Baseline Day 22 Level 1 this morning.

            Rough night's sleep, went in early to work to make up hours, then we have an annual meeting tonight which means a later night. Ready for things to slow down, but with another early morning meeting tomorrow plus my sci-fi convention this weekend, I don't see rest happening anytime soon. Hoping I can keep my eyelids open during my next workouts haha.

                In other news, I was offered a new job with a group that offers educational leadership training yesterday! A significant pay bump from where I'm at currently, an office downtown right by our baseball field, and a better situation all around!
