60 Days of Cardio Day 26 Level 1
Got 2 workouts in this morning, was able to scale them down to get both in and warm up nicely before my workday (many virtual meetings lol). Eggs/bacon for breakfast, new batch of turkey chili for lunches plus a bonus grilled cheese sandwich for comfort food as the rain bands from Hurricane Marco roll in and out.

60 Days of Cardio Day 19 Level 2
Chair Abs workout (to loosen up & clear my head)
I'm using a workout bench as my "chair" for the seated abs workouts from the Office collection. They seem a little tougher just from a range of motion perspective, but that may be just my choice of seat plus where it's placed.
TODAY'S FOOD
Eggs/bacon/pineapple for breakfast with a glass of milk
Meal prep turkey chili for lunch - no beans, I added corn and a splash of lime juice for flavor & body
Leftover chicken with sweet potatoes & pears for dinner
Also some kind of light snackage TBD

No workout this morning, but I did mow/weed the lawn first thing, 80 minutes of yardwork counts right? Got a good number of steps in pacing back and forth with the lawn mower haha
Made a power smoothie for breakfast (frozen fruit, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana) and gonna prep for a week of salads for lunches (lettuce/spinach blend, deli meat, cucumber, raisins, apples, feta cheese, light dressing). Pounded through a package of Cinnabons over the weekend, so it's time to go lighter...

Took a few days off just due to being drained of all energy, plus got in my steps over the weekend anyway with back-to-school shopping. Hoping to get back into the groove this week!

MORNING WORKOUT
60 Days of Cardio Day 14 Level 1
Catch and Release (1 set to loosen up)
Feels good to keep going with the 60-day program!
Catch and Release was a good office workout, you feel just enough burn in your forearms after all those fist clenches and everything feels a little more limber, but you know you got some exercise for those arm & forearm muscles in. A solid set for a break during the day, highly recommend!

DorothyMH you're totally right. I did a much better job of warming up before exercising when I was in a full routine. I typically wouldn't warm up in the morning since it was a short 10-minute burst or so, but would definitely do it before lifting weights. I'll try to remember that moving forward, thanks for looking out!
60 Days of Cardio Day 13 Level 2
Hearty oatmeal with apples for breakfast, chicken and green beans with grapes for lunch, likely eating out before church tonight but will try to be a little sensible lol.

Don’t forget to warm those shoulders up with some good non weight-bearing mobility, like with a pvc pipe or a band.
