      Finished off these 3 challenges!

      Not sure where I'm going next for the morning challenges. I'll finish up (slowly but surely) the Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan, and I'd like to circle back and wrap up the Cardio Go program, but beyond that I'm not sure what I'll tackle next.

      What's more, I'm traveling for work and doing lots of recruiting for the next few weeks. Not only will workouts be more sporadic, but I'm already tired from my pace and this won't help haha.

      I'll try to keep up with things, and may just do abbreviated cardio workouts for time in the morning. I imagine I'll start a new 30 day challenge once I'm back home to stay.

          I know it’s hard to maintain a workout routine when you’re traveling. I imagine adding WORK to that would make it more difficult, yet....you’ll figure it out, tho and keep going💪🏼😉

              Got in to my first hotel at a decent hour, did a few sets. My rental car is a little small though, so I'm taking it easy with a stiff shoulder.

                  I swapped out pushups and shoulder taps for the last couple of sets. Now covered in sweat, hopefully that burned a few road calories haha.

                    Started to get a headache so I cut it short unfortunately. Hopefully it will go away soon.

                        DorothyMH yes for now. I leave again next week for a trip through Florida to visit more schools. Not quite as hectic, but still 4 nights on the road. Plus this week has been slammed with catchup, prep, and many meetings. Busy times.
