I picked the wrong week to start a 5-day-a-week phase of workouts haha. Not much chance of that happening, but I'm not going to beat myself up. Some weeks are going to be busier than others, and I knew I'd hit snags at this stage anyway. Lots of plans the rest of this week & weekend, hopefully I'll get back to it in a few days though. In the meantime, I'll finish up this morning challenge, take it easy this weekend since I'll be at a beach house with friends, then start up some new morning challenges next week!
Got tons of errands to run today after work, so likely no workout. And my Tuesdays are always busy since I'm the leader of my church Bible study group. Maybe Wednesday I'll be able to do a full workout... But on the bright side, these new challenges will be great to try out for the next 30 days.
I LOVED doing the combo of back rows and pushups, it really helped define my upper body and build up my strength. My wife even notices the changes
