      As for what's next, I'll be doing the 50 Pushups a Day and Chair Rows challenges in the mornings, and continuing my Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan and Cardio Go in the evenings. I'm intrigued by the 30 Days of Yoga, I'll check it out once it's released.

                            DorothyMH they are awesome! I highly recommend them. They are mostly gym workouts and some of their programs are probably geared toward more experienced lifters, but at the same time they are very accessible & easy to follow. I'm loving their Bodyweight Plan, and I've done a few of their other workouts as well. I'll be doing their Dumbbell Plan after this.
