    Might do Cardio Go tonight, if so I will update this post. If not tonight, then definitely tomorrow.

    Also, I may have heard from a little birdy (aka my wife strongly hinting) that I'm getting some new workout equipment for my birthday next week I've had my eye on dip bars for a while, and getting my own pair will let me return to the Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan and do more from home, which will be nice.

      Cardio Go Day 13 (4 sets)

      I skipped Friday, just had no oomph left in me. I also skipped Saturday, but I made up for exercising by doing almost 3 hours of yardwork. Felt good to do a little bit today, plus my dip bars came today! I tested them out and they'll be perfect for my next workout plan.

      Tomorrow is going to be kind of a fresh start for me hopefully. I have my meal prep already set for breakfasts & lunches, and I'll start the Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan from the beginning tomorrow as well. If I have time, I'll keep doing Cardio Go as my post-workout cooldown or just keep up with it on the off days from that program. Ninja and Power Up will continue in the mornings as usual.

      If I can get through this work week, then Friday is my birthday (happy 31 to me haha) and then I took the whole next week off. I'd love to get some extra sleep, do some extra workouts, keep eating healthy, and generally reset my mind & spirit. Here's to some much-needed refreshment, plus some new workout goals.

        Felt good to do a bigger full body workout, but a slight headache throughout but I powered through okay.

        I'm eating much healthier this week too. Breakfasts are egg muffins with spinach plus some ham, salsa chicken & rice & carrots for lunch, Greek yogurt & apple slices as a snack. Got enough to get me through the week, healthy eating & working out is a winning combination for sure!

            No other workouts tonight, I will be getting some good walking in throughout the day, plus some beach walking later on. I will be filming some videos for my church, we're shooting at a historic fort and on the beach, so plenty of time on my feet. Hoping to get the next Bodyweight Plan workout in tomorrow, plus mow the lawn before company comes this weekend.

                      Good cardio day today. I thought about starting Week 2 of the Buff Dudes plan, but I was a little stiff sip I opted for cardio. Good call if I do say so myself.
