    2.5 miles walking

    I am increasing my weight on the shorter days to 15 lb dumbbells, thought I was gonna work out but I did a fair amount of walking to get to a video shoot location for a church project.

    And thanks Nihopaloa I think your phrase is totally appropriate, hoping I can grow well with the task!

      Sadly this was all I did today. I ran a bunch of errands, and did a bunch of chores, but tomorrow will be raining all day so no excuses for getting an actual workout in... hopefully...

          Plus 2 hours of yardwork, trimming back a very overgrown palm tree and mowing. Upper and lower body work!

            My legs and ankles are really sore today, I think it was the high knees from the other day. Hoping I can get past some of this pain today.

              Another day without a regular workout. I'm super frustrated that I can't get back into a rhythm, but tomorrow my wife works later so I have the house to myself for a couple hours. The next day of Cardio Go will be mine...

                      Did about a mile of beach walking yesterday, no other working out besides that. It was a lazy day, I had no energy for pretty much anything.

                      Took this weekend as a much-needed reprieve from a crazy pace, things are hectic and stressful with stuff at work plus my wife still taking classes, and family health concerns on both sides. Sorry to vent a little, but basically all I'm saying is I needed a weekend of videos games and movies and no major house projects or chores.

                      That being said, today is Monday after all so I'm back at it. Gonna work out tonight and get back into it. For all my Bees going through similar stuff, hang tough and power through, you can do it!

                          I'm splitting my hollow holds and superman holds in half for the rest of the challenge. I've also upped my weight on the "maintenance" days for lunges to 20 lb dumbbells. Higher rep days are still bodyweight.

                            I'll get back to the lunges tomorrow, didn't have time this morning. Getting into over 120 lunges is a bit of a time crunch before work, but I'll make it happen, so close to finishing the challenge!

                              Yes I did two days of Iron Will, and yes I did them out of order. I wanted to catch up but could only do the shorter day before work, then I did the rest tonight. I also only did 3 sets on my program instead of 7 because my wife got off work earlier and I had to fix dinner (always worth it). All in all though I feel pretty good about what I got done.

                                Did a lot of yard work over the weekend, plus some kayaking too! I also ate tons of junk food and slept, so it was relaxing too.
