    Morning workout:Day 10 of the 50 Push-ups and Power Walk Challenges completed. I also did the DD with EC. I also rode ~ 6.13 miles on the stationary bike.

    Evening workout : Day 10 of Athena's Playbook (level 3) and the Meditation Challenge completed.

    Added bonus for the day was being able to go for a decent walk with the dogs tonight after work.Prior to today, it had been extremely windy out and ended up spending time in the back yard instead of out on one the grid roads.

      Days 11 to 13 completed for Athena's Playbook, 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge.

      Days 7 to 9 completed for the 50 Reps/100 Days challenge for side kicks and punches.

      It has been a really nice weekend.

        Morning workout: Day 14 of the 50 Push-ups challenge completed. DD (2 minutes single leg hop on spot) completed with EC . I also did ~4.35km on the treadmill in 30 minutes.

        Midday workout: Day 14 of Athena's Playbook completed at level 1.

        In a way, the treadmill run was a little more enjoyable this morning as a result of a couple of the other 'regulars' using the treadmills on either side of me. I found it was a nice way to help me push myself a little.

          Morning workout: Day 15 of the 50 Push-ups and Power walk Challenges completed. DD (15 Up & Down planks) completed with EC. Assisted pull-ups 13-4-3. I also rode the stationary bike for ~ 13km.

          Evening workout : Day 15 of Athena's Playbook and the Meditation Challenge completed. Days 11 and 12 completed in the 1 Minute Yoga Challenge.

            Wow, Seri! You have been busy since last I checked in with your thread! Twice through Girl Power Week, Fighter's Codex, Action Hero Challenge, Fighter's Challenge, Carbon & Dust, Jump Rope Challenge, Chest & Arms Challenge, <Totals>, Back & Core Challenge, Hollow Hold Challenge, Gladiator Challenge, Calves of Steel Challenge, Impact Challenge, a second run through Hero's Journey, twice through Epic Five, Assassin's Challenge, Ninja Challenge, a second run through the Abs Challenge, Everest Challenge, your 3rd run through Fit Christmas and earning your Epic Sword for the tree, not to mention completing now over 700 Daily Dares with Extra Credit and meeting your personal goals for running 5 and 10 Ks this year and your 2 month meditation goal. Phew! Huge congrats on all of your hard work over the past few months! You are rocking it!

                Wednesday, January 16: Day 16 of Athena's Playbook (level 1) completed. Day 16 also completed for the 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge. I also did just over 4 km on the treadmill in 30 minutes. I opted not to do the DD for the day.

                Thursday, January 17: Day 17 of Athena's Playbook, 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge. I also did the DD (2 Minutes Tricep Hold) with EC.

                The after work walk was very cold today and will be here to stay for the weekend.

                  Day 18 of Athena's Playbook completed at level 2. Day 18 also completed for the 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge. DD was completed with EC.

                  I also did some running on the treadmill this morning as well.

                  I didn't do any extra walking at work as I worked through my breaks in order to leave work early.

                    Not much walking done with dogs today. It's quite miserable outside - snowy and cold (partly because of the wind).

                      Days 13 and 14 of 1 Minute Yoga Challenge completed - I did 1 minute for each side.

                        Day 21 of Athena's Playbook, 50 Push-ups and Power Walk completed. DD completed with EC. In total, I did 300 punches and 60 elbow strikes for the light side.

                        Today wasn't a normal Monday for me as I took a day off from work and somehow feel like I wasn't too active, probably because I didn't walk as much as I normally do.

                          Days 22 and 23 done for Athena's Playbook, 50 Push-ups and Power Walk Challenges completed. I did complete the DD for today but not yesterday .

                          My morning workouts the last 2 mornings included doing ~4km on the treadmill in about 30 minutes.

                            Thursday, January 24: Day 24 of the 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge completed in my morning workout. I also completed the DD with EC, day 20 of the 50 Reps of Side Kicks and Punches in 100 days and used the stationary bike.

                            For my midday workout, I did day 24 of Athena's Playbook at level 1. I found that my legs were feeling very tired by the third set and felt it best that I called it a workout at that point.

                            30 consecutive days completed.


                            January 25. Completed day 25 of Athena's Playbook, 50 Push-ups Challenge and Power Walk Challenge. I decided not to do the DD for the day.
