      CROSSFIT OPEN

      Well firstly I must say it was very difficult and was very brutal, but I loved every second of it. Especially as I managed to do every workout RX as last year I was only able to do 3. SO here are my final results of the season...

      As you can see from last years results they are a HUGE change which is awesome. Now that I know I can do certain exercises, I will be working on these ready for the next Open in October...

      Yep you heard me right OCTOBER they have moved the dates (I'm guessing so it doesn't clash with the olympics next year) meaning only 6 months of training, so this will be interesting
      Also as promised here a the full details of each of the Open's Workouts:

      15 min As Many Reps as Possible
      19 Wall Balls 9kg

      For Time
      25 Toes to Bar / 50 Double Unders / 15 Squat Clean 61kg
      25 Toes to Bar / 50 Double Unders / 13 Squat Clean 83kg
      If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

What's great about the Open, is that it helps you realise your weaknesses and makes you focus on them. For me this year is Strict Handstand Push Ups, Toes to Bar (get better links) and Muscle Ups (do without a swing assist) and this is what I'll be focusing on for the next 6 months
