                  hey BlackButler , thank you so much for the encouragement. Just this morning I had an experience of sorts that made me do pushups to exhaustion many times...
                  i hurt my knee a tiny little bit with the first Burpee and there were so many sets and so many reps left. I didn't want to injure me properly and decided on the fly to replace Burpees for one minute with pushups for one minute ... Which led to exhaustion quite rapidly :-) and then there were still 6 more sets to do....
                  So, yes, somehow, I tricked myself into doing pushups to failure, like, 14 times in a row ... See log...

                      Thursday 21st March

                      Didn't go for a Muscle Up today as I was working on my Muscle Up Complex. My coach got me to do them from the hanging rings. I was incredibly surprised by how well my transitions are getting. My coach agreed and asked me to try doing Negative Ring Muscle Ups.

                      I would transition in to the full muscle up from the box, then very slowly come down into the tricep hold, then slowly bring the rings from my armpits to my chest hold for 3 seconds then slowly come down to a dead hang. She believes I can do STRICT RING MUSCLE UPS with the way I was controlling the negative (will have to do a video next thursday for you guys on your thoughts).

                      I attempted a couple of times and I got a really good pull now to the rings to chest; but the real strength is getting from the chest to the armpit which is really difficult. But I am confident I can get there with a bit more training We'll see soon enough!

                      HellYeah I incorporate it as the dead hang challenge to strengthen my false grip (video on instagram) It really kills the wrists doesn't it?! HAHA! I also do hand stretches, which I'll put onto Instagram for you to check out soon (@blackbutler1323)

                        How do/did you train your false grip? Just hanging?

                        That's where I still struggle, not saying I could do the other parts, but I wanna manage that befor I get into proper training.
