Hey everyone! I've done Crossfit and OH...MY...GOD! It was rough but great

I am very surprised my barbell strength is still there which is great, but my cardio is AWFUL!

    Damn straight it will!

Streaks are fun and all. A two year streak is nothing to sneeze at and certainly is worthy of commendation. But taking a week off here and there is not a bad thing either. It's consistency over the long run that matters, and you've certainly been rocking that.

Likewise, races and other competitions are fun (oh, so much fun!) but you do not need them to realize gains. You do not need them to keep pushing yourself to be the best version of yourself you can be.

You do not need luck, my friend. You have grit. You have determination. You have the knowledge that you can do this. Now: get your butt moving and get back on that wagon!

    Hey everyone!

The Education trip I think went very well for my wife which I am super happy and proud about just have to wait on exam results but you guys will know soon enough

Thank you everyone for you very kind works of congrats on the Spellbound, but you might want to hold on the applause...

Well during the trip I really fell off the wagon and into a canyon. I lost all ability to motivate my training plus I haven't been to crossfit yet. This unfortunately means losing my 2 year streak which absolutely sucks!

But no matter this will push me to climb that canyon, chase after that wagon and leap right back on it!

I think the other issue is (i'm not making excuses by the way) is that I have no 'motivator' at the moment with all of COVID Cancellations on races there is nothing to drive me to do it. I also still not sure about next years Marathon.

I will be doing the Ten as soon as I get home tonight. And will do Corssfit tomorrow morning wish me luck guys!
