    I will be starting the Pandora Series next Monday as I have more time on my hands and gives me more chance to use my battle skipping rope

    I will be streaming live on my instagram page @blackbutler1323 every hour


    FANCY JOINING IN?

    Its very simple the rules are:

    24 minutes work every hour no more no less

    There will be 12 rounds (12 hours)

    You must get AT LEAST 250 reps within the time

    You must do the hours exercises (they change each hour which I will post on the stories before every hour)

    To help you guys start off on Saturday...

    HOUR 1:

    Dumbbell or Odd Object Deadlifts

    Russian Twists (left & right = 1 rep)

    Push Ups

    I hope you guys can join me and help raise awareness Good luck!

    So here is what I have at the minute for the 12 hour event...

    I've come up with a list of 36 exercises (12 Dumbbell, 12 Body Weight, 12 Unique) which will be cut up and put in a pot to randomise the event like a raffle of pain...

    So I could have 3 of the worst exercises in an hour so there is that little nugget However I will be doing the first hour as a 'Warm Up' doing DB Deadlift, Push Ups, Russian Twists just to get into the swing of things
