          Day 286

          So, I was at a wedding yesterday in the mountainous country and when I awoke at my AirBNB this morning, there was snow! My friends and I played in the snow for about an hour (quite possibly more than an hour!), running around, throwing snowballs and having a blast. I am counting this as working out because I am wiped from running around at the higher altitude!

                          Day 293. I did at least 2 and a half hours of heavy duty yard work, moving logs between the storage bin, the splitter, and back to the bin. (Getting firewood ready for camping!) Our pile of firewood is very large and way more than we need, but it all got done. After that, I helped my step-dad with replacing the light fixture in the arch above the front door. It is amazing how fast the day went by!

                          Challenges are skipped today due to muscle fatigue.

                            Day 294. I am discovering that the Ab Challenge has me feeling unmotivated, mainly because I have a hard time holding the plank holds for more than 30 sec at a time. I collapse for a moment, take a few breaths and then resume the hold. However, I feel like I am missing the build-up of being able to hold that plank for longer times. So I am going to drop it for now and come back to it again in the future, with a clearer perspective. I don't like this unmotivated slump I am feeling at the minute, but hopefully, this will help me to be excited again and stop procrastinating from working out.
