      Today, I did the workout of the day again, but I cut my walk short... The road was littered with bits of cotton fresh from the field that had fallen off a passing truck. So, instead of walking, I gathered some cotton and brought it home to show the family! I will get back to my walk after church... HAHA! The last of the Thanksgiving pies were for breakfast this morning, but the cherry pie I was eating didn't sit well with me. So, I think I'll just enjoy some toast and ham. I've got some snack portion dipped pretzels that I set aside for myself to indulge before abandoning the rest for the hoard to tear into, and Dinner will consist of green beans and ham, broccoli cheddar, stuffing, which I will not indulge in, and yams with pecans! The last of Thanksgiving! HAHA!

      Oh, and last night, I walked another two miles to add to the previous two hours, totaling to two hours and two miles. HAHA!

        UPDATE: I didn't feel like eating. So, after a few bites of sweet potatoes and cheesy broccoli, I opened a can of kidney beans, and just snacked on those for dinner and followed with another 2-mi walk.

          From the moment I woke up til lunch time, I have been on my feet. So, I didn't do any workouts yet today. I didn't feel like eating breakfast, either. So, I took some vitamin C with a children's chewable vitamin tablet, and popped a couple dried fruits in my mouth to get me through til lunch time... I'm eating green beans in marinara for lunch. Tonight, I'll be cookin' up a big batch of beef and bean chili for my minions... I will most definitely need to walk that off! HAHA!

          On a sadder note: I LOST MY BRAND NEW ALBINO CALIFORNIA KING SNAKE THAT I ONLY JUST RECENTLY OBTAINED AS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FROM MY HUSBAND!!!

                  Did the workout for the day, 20 minute, I guess you could say power cardio?, and a 30 minute walk this morning. I seem to have twisted my ankle the other day and be having a mild issue with shin splints today. So, FUN! Life on ice yesterday and today... HAHA! I'm still gonna get some more movin' done this afternoon, though... I was pretty stagnant yesterday. Breakfast was blueberry cinnamon waffles and carrot sticks, lunch is sausage links with pomegranate seeds and chocolate dipped peanuts, and dinner will be leftover chili with homemade corn tortillas. My stomach's gonna be feeling pretty full after today, but tomorrow, my diet will be a little strained due to how busy it's gonna be.

                    Totally got sidetracked today... er... yesterday? No workouts yesterday. I seem to be catching a cold. So, my diet was a pretty miserable one. Not sleeping well, but not thinking straight. So, good night, good day, and good morrow.

                      Spent a week, from weekend to weekend, offline, and got back online on Monday, but then I got news that my Grandpa died, and I didn't feel like doing anything... I'm still feeling super "meh", and it's raining. So, after binging on all the chocolates in the house, it's only right that I should binge on salads from here on out to prevent my overeating being any more counterproductive than it already is. So, I'm eating, crying, and singing along to whatever's playing on Youtube... And that's probably how I'm gonna be for a few more days... Since all the sweets are gone, though, and I can't afford to buy junk food, you can all rest assured that my diet will be relatively clean from here on out... unless I bake cookies... or more chocolate... though, all of the ingredients I use in my baking are pretty healthy... Hmm... Well, that's my update.

                      Ah, the contents of the massive salad that I'm eating, spring mix greens, mixed heritage tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, pepitas, feta cheese, and olive oil... I will probably be eating some cheesy omelettes doused in garlic and pepper soon, too... Because, protein... and cheese is comfort food.... And I'm depressed... Don't judge... I'll work it off later... when I can think straight, and I'm not crying to whatever Christian country song this is and stuff... My sister's playlist is... different... and my brain is everywhere. But since it'd been a while, I figured I'd give an update after my tech detox. Lates!

                        KIDS ARE BACK IN SCHOOL! WHOOT WHOOT! Today's my first day in a LOOOOOOOONG time that I have been able to focus on ME! Aaaaaaaaand *drumroll* MY LAUNDRY IS ALL DONE, TOO!!! Granted, that's just the big fat pile in the laundry room.... I haven't had time to enter the "bog of eternal stench" and wash the clothes in there.... *sighs* KIDS! Anyway... I rested well, and have decided to start with the most basic of programs here, VITALITY.... because my body is shot and hasn't exercised properly in about a year.... HAHA! Anyway, It's nice to have a game plan that I can follow once again!

                            NEXT MONTH, my kids will be back to school four days out of the week, and I will be free to do more than monitor their every move in virtual learning!!! Fortunately, until then, I have two days out of the week to catch up and be FREE to clean and workout!

                            This morning, I had a chocolate protein shake and some "Skinnydipped" Almonds. It was a good breakfast. I didn't feel very good this afternoon. So, I just had some applesauce with macadamia nuts. Tonight, I'll be steaming and seasoning some rainbow swiss chard... I may eat it with eggs or make a massive stir-fry with it... Haven't decided... Until then, if I get hungry, I'll just munch some celery...

                              Good morning! It's a great day! My whole body's so freakin' stiff, though! So glad my workouts are light because I seem to have a knack for getting sick the harder I try to get fit. BAHAHAHA! Anyway, still doin' Vitality, and here's today's menu:

                              Grapefruit and dates for breakfast
                              Nut butter and romaine sammich for lunch
                              Mixed greens salad for a snack
                              And baked beans with caramelized onions for dinner

                              I got some nice dandelion leaves and tasty summer squash to try out with the salad... And my redbud tree is in full bloom! Gotta take advantage of my nature salad ingredients while they're in season.

                                It's been a while since I kept a record of my workouts... If you're wondering why, it's because I cannot work out anymore. In April, my body started hurting a lot. By May, I had put myself on rest and a doctor had finally given me a clue as to what was wrong with me, as well as why I keep relapsing into moments of absolute misery. I have a chronic inflammatory condition in my pelvic ligaments. Sometimes, they double, and even triple in size. This causes fraying and intense pain. To top it off, the spasms in my core due to my muscles trying to compensate for what I lack in strength and mobility caused my scars to tear a little here and a little there until my entire abdomen split. For over two months now, I have been recovering from a really bad abdominal hernia and trying to keep the inflammation in my pelvis down. The doctor said that my condition is now chronic. I am at a loss, tbh...
