    I found that making resolutions right after or right before a big event is more efficient. I sometimes get things "off" on purpose, just to remind myself that it can be as good as, if not better than perfect (you can tell different shades of white, that's impressive).

      Yeah, sure, imho you can make resolutions any time (and i don't imagine you as someone who is overly picky on special dates).
      For me the thing is there is something which can give a benefit, so let's try to get this started. And i think the idea to do one small improvement at a time will probably take you much further than the "i do it perfectly" approach.

        Amirsh probably bc one of the whites is semi gloss (one I used) when aparently everyone paints celings matte >.> Oopse. I learn everything the hard way, always, lol.

        But. I also got books/nick-nacks that live on book case all sorted and dusted, and pulled out about 15 shelf feet worth to donate and got my cookbooks, which I might want to reference, to a better spot.

        Slept like shit last night, no clue why, was up at 1am drinking peppermint tea to try to calm down.

        Was low energy this morning, idk if bc of no carb yesterday (and maybe 1300 cals) or shit sleep or both.

        Full Circuit day 3, some twinge in ankle had me retreat to step jacks after first set. Which is silly, bc I did it out of order to not jump at home yesterday >.>

          peppermint is a stimulant so i dont think that would be my first choice for a midnight tea when i want to sleep.

            daejamurrachan seriously? Lol.... I opened cupboard and had that or earl grey so I opted no caffeine. I should buy some chamomile I guess.

              yup. i use oils so its a bit stronger than your tea. 1 drop of peppermint & 1 drop of orange together in my hands just to sniff and then a little on the temples can be as (or more) effective than an energy drink.

                All of those individually can cause a low energy morning, so all three means it is very likely some combination of them caused your fatigue this morning.

                  Redeemed self a bit w weights today. So, lifting goes morning after carb day...altho if I continue to overeat on carb days after a few weeks I may tweak pattern to 2&1. Bc it is super easy for me to restrict on low carb.

                      Or zercher squats? Zercher is like front squats but you tuck the bar in your elbows instead of resting it on your fingers/shoulders

                          You won't look redic(ulous) doing hack squats. If anything you would be the example for other to follow. Alot of people forget about them when in the gym.

                            Meh. Trying to figure out how to set the machine, and where to stand, and what weight to put it at.... I am fairly certain that my first attempt will look silly at least. And, Unfortunately, as much as I pretend no one is paying attention, I have gotten enough shitty comments to know that people still don't think heavy girls should be allowed in gyms. /sigh

                              i should like it very much if you would cease referring to my friend 'rin as "fat chick," please and thank you. the people i might label that way don't go to the gym. don't lift. can't walk from the table to the fridge without taking a break. that is not my friend 'rin. my friend 'rin is a beautiful and strong woman with an amazing sense of style, (hello? works at Sacs?), who has overcome some major shit. she is a total bad ass. and you need to stop talking shit about her. or we are gonna go to the mat.
