    Posting food now to keep self out of pizza shop/kitchen/etc. I am not hungry. I can have a cup of tea and a clementine if I will die of hunger in the nite.

    6am- chili, coffee
    11am - salmon/avo on rye, more coffee, banana, yogurt.
    3pm - much chili w some rice, vending bag of fritos

      I added 1-1.5 oz chorizo last night but, at least now I am out of chorizo LOL.

      looking at work schedule for week after next.... I will be able to get to gym 3 times, maybe 4. Glad I already decided to take it easy, we are not even to fully extended hours yet.

        my commute yesterday was a debacle. there was sposed to be like 2 in of snow, tops, and rain to wash it away right away. so they did not get the plows out/enough plows out.... there was 4-5 in. roads were disaster. I got off the subway and there was like...300-400 ppl standing there milling around (I take subway to last stop) and not a bus in site and ppl in a scared/rioty mood bc the local bar and pizza place were (of course) asking ppl to buy things to stay inside (mind you, pizza place sells 1$ waters/coffee, so he is not asking you to spend a fortune) (it was also not that cold, just barely cold enough to snow). took me an hr to walk what took 20 mins the other morning bc I was forging through snow - didn't feel safe on the road bc cars were slipping but in the path in woods next to road I was forging path through drifted snow... glad I wore my snow boots yesterday. also I had some "company", some guy who had made same decition but who had on like, sneakers w no tread, and was singing irish drinkng songs to keep himself cheerful (some of them in galic) would alternate this absurd leaping try to run on top of snow shit then get tied (or whipe out in snow) and let me pass him and trudge in my path awhile.

        My phone did some shit where it did NOT want to charge last night. It has been annoying about certain cords for awhile now but it was really just disconnecting/reconnecting itself w out being moved etc. Got it to charge overnight, found some extra batteries to bring w me today in case it wont work w my morphie. I just want it to fucking last till black friday sales start, since I need to replace husband's phone as well (similar issue, but not as bad) so even a 200$ price break per phone would be huge. we are still using galaxy s5s so at least we got money's worth from them >.>. I want to buy 1 outright at least to not just jack up phone bill. Torn, tho, between just buying some cheaper brand phone and dealing w it and counting on replacing it in a year or going w galaxy's again since we did get 4 years out of them. Can someone tell me if I will even notice the diffence between a 9s and 9s+ (other then camera which I am NOT telling hubby about bc he will want it)? my phone is an internet device, step tracker, instagram toy, and a phone, I don't play games on it at all if that matters.

          Oh my..seems that we're experiencing similar everyday life sh*t - my last phone died for the same reason (wouldn't charge with some chargers, then wouldn't charge at all), and public transport doesn't work - I waited 55mins for a bus today at just above freezing temperatures (and couldn't walk instead, because it's 10km to the tram station)

            If you dont need fancy shit, dont buy the fancy shit. They charge a lot of extra money, for things one does not necessarily need. I say this out of experience. I run Droid and when I needed a new phone, I got the fancy one. It does nothing extra that the regular one would do. I now regret my choice as our bill is pretty darned high right now.

              I totally agree with aveoturbo - I got a "semi-fancy" phone last year which I dropped the day I got it - broken display, yay. If I had bought a less expensive model in the first place, I wouldn't have had to live with the broken display for so long - I would have just bought a new one some months later. Now, I have an LG K10, which is an older and "non-fancy" cheap thing that does the job (Internet, texting, phone calls).

                The one "fancy" phone requirement I have is that it takes an external memory card thing so that I don't run out of space by taking pics of everything in the known universe >.> IF there are some black friday price breaks I may stick w a samsung just bc it is what I currently have and I want a smooth transfer of everything/I want it to work the way I expect it to.... but the original decision to go w them in the fist place was it was already a war to talk my husband out of an iphone (bc apple shit is just expensive for no fucking reason and is not even better imho) into a droid of any sort, had I tried to go w some 'no name' droid the min any minor thing went wrong w the phone I never would of heard the end of it. Maybe I can sell it to him that if we go w the cheap phones we can replace them much more often >.> Bc we have had them since beginning of 2015 so it is not like they had a short life span for an electronic (and mine survived being dropped in the bath like 4 times LOL). MEH. I am willing to pay 500ish per phone, so hopefully they break to that >.>

                  My ex-ex boss, an astrologer, would say that the trouble with communication, commutes, transport etc. a lot of us seem to be experiencing are typical of the times when Mercury starts slowing down ( it’s doing that right now, will be retrograde for a while after that, I think at least a month or so). Apparently it’s a good time for closures, revisiting “old” things but not such a great time to start something new (or for buying new things, especially techno gadgets such as phones etc.). So here’s a bit of astrological mumbo-jumbo for you, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

                    I fought the exact same war with my hubby and his Windows Phone - he loved the operating system so much he would still use his old one when half the apps went out of support because Microsoft had abandoned the mobile phone branch. Afterwards, it was half a year of constant complaints about how BAD Android is and how GOOD WinPhone was

                    Apart from extra memory card, I think it's important to be able to change the battery at home, because those die quickly if you use that phone a lot.

                    I think you can get a really good phone for 500 USD - for that amount of money, I'd buy a FairPhone 2, but I'm an IT girl who loves the modular / non-branded Android side of this

                          Early black friday sale at Samsung ended my phone decision process. It brought S9 to the top of my budget. (Wellllll, 20$ over. Meh.) I just did not have the patience/whereithal to keep wading through tech stats and I like that wireless charging sort of bypasses breakage prone ports. (Also, part of my broken port, I'm sure, was my habit of throwing phone attached to morphie charger into my bag and letting it rattle around, which I won't repeat.) ((Also I watched some vids and you CAN change the battery you just need a special screw driver and I love any excuse to buy tools omg.))

                          May change carriers to save a few bucks on phone bill, tho.... bought unlocked ones and now to research THAT lollollol. (Have sprint currently.)

Getting on first bus in am on Sun gets me to city at 830ish... start work at 930, gym is 15-20 min walk from job so there is no time to shower properly etc even after a 30 min workout. (And I'm out at 6 and gym closes at 7.)

                            1pm - my work does this rotating cafe service called fooda... usually what they bring is tasty or at least healthy, and on days it is something redic like chick fila I go out. Today I was too exhausted to go out, and lunch was some bizaro shit. I ended up with quinona, chick peas, wheat pasta, and more chick peas (guy was insisted I needed 4 base items, and other 2 options were lentils and couscous...) with grilled chicken, some bland sauce that was supposed to be green coconut curry, fried onion crispy things, slivered almonds, and dried cranberries. All dumped into a container and shaken up.

                              Today I'm going to see The Dead South w my hubby... and thanksgiving is awesome bc I love the friends we do it w but aweful bc I fucking miss my family and black friday is lucrative hell. This week will include a few extra drinks LOL.

                                630-10 venue we saw show at had vip seating (and we moved into super vip side instead of staying where they put us which had worse sightlines then the general standing area and got away with it) and served food and had waiter brought booze... 1 slider, few deviled eggs, split some mac and cheese w hubby, and..... 4 whiskey sours, 2 of which were doubles. The last of which I swear I did not order but drank bc it was there ofc. Show was awesome, one of the opening bands was almost as good as the headliner imho (maybe just bc they amused me bc the trio was drums, guitaur, and SAXAPHONE and the drummer was standing whilst playing and singing for most of it). Ofc bc I forgot I am not 21 anymore and my tollerance is not what it used to be I had to get off the subway to be sick otw home. More then once. I think I thew up my toenails. Somehow my" whiskey helps" tshit was less funny at that point.
