        Hammer 7.5s
        back and biceps - 20 on curls, 25 on rows, 12.5s on shoulder press, 30 Kneeling row, 25s Deadlifts
        Daily abs - bench setx3
        20 knee to elbow climbers w forearms on bench
        10 heels to floor to reverse crunch lying on bench
        Scapula pulls - 3x5
        Squat to row w trx 3x5
        Dare - ballance swings, some flailing but no failing so ec
        Epic 5 26 - 1 go but it was more like jogging in place

          47 miles
          6/2 but... I am not actually mad. 1 out to dinner w hubby. 1 at a poetry reading a friend gave. 2 at a showroom tour w work. 2 mid day beers w a client friend. So all were socially appropriate, just a bit excessive calorie wise.

          2/1 but, no savory treat
          7/7
          1/1 "fasting" day will try 2 next week
          pants still tight. Grml.

            Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
            felt a bit under the weather today.. not quite sick but potentially sick. Not much in the tank, so did not walk to/from gym and kept things light

            Upper Body builder, 7.5s, no rest. Zottmans, elbow clicks to shoulder press, tricep kickbacks after rows
            Tricep cable pulldown to extension - 3x7.5x15 each arm
            Cable high flys 3x12.5x10
            Cable punches 2x12.5x8, 2x12.5x15
            Overhead press - 3x20lb bar x 8
            Half bows- 3x2.5sx10
            Dare - heel touches, ec, this was abs of the day
            Epic 5 day 27, no rests but pushups from knees

                epic 5 31 - out of order, no wall to use, and such fkn fail on planks today omg
                12 min flow from down dog - I need to put more yoga back in my routine

                Picked up a random phone call last night (which I NEVER do) and it was my favorite little old lady customer from former job. She will actually be in city tomorrow and will come see me at Saks !! Comission aside, really, it will just be so good to see her. She is in her 90s and altho she doesn't drive anymore (a family friend plays chauffeur) she is otherwise 100% with it, still puts perfect matching outfits together and knows what she is looking for and wins bridge tournaments...I want to be her when I grow up and have told her so. This will be perfect cap to week before I head out of town.

                  Legs (but lightly)
                  everyone was in my way and really, I am not 100 % so, took an easy day.

                  Circuit x5 w 25lb kettlebell
                  10 Goblets
                  10 stiff leg Deadlift
                  20 calf raises
                  10 reverse lunges
                  10 side to side lunges
                  10 bridges

                  Daily abs - 2 min abs
                  Iron bar
                  Epic 5 day 30 so, done bc did 31 yesterday. My wall sits were 2, 145, 115. I need to get back to these more.

                  Might restart back and core, I've liked having a tiny add on. Will see, tho, after my trip.
