      Back side injuries are awful. Like, pull a muscle in your leg, well ok, fine, it's upper body day til it's better. Hurt your arm/shoulder, well, ok, it's leg day until it's better.

      But back. Naw, ain't hardly shit gonna happen. Having worked through a few pulled traps and we'll, ofc, the back surgeries, I can personally attest to it.

        aveoturbo grml @ rest advise. I feel 90% better,
        altho not doing anything load bearing till mon at least, and will tell trainer if I am slightest bit sore still. Her specialty is actually rehab so she won't hurt me.

          Think whatever I did to back was fairly minor bc it is 95% better. That said, still active resting till Monday.

            I am almost afraid I have become lazy again, need to remember how long my shoulder was fucked up bc I wasn't gentle even a week and chill.

                      6mile walk to training
                      4 mile walk home (got on bus bc was plodding)
                      1 hr doing mostly lighter weights for upper body, particularly chest and smaller "strap" muscles. Some fun things like shoulder taps on half bosu, also.
                      Then benchmark test w sled thing at end bc I wanted to play w something heavy... 240+sled. 2 sets of 10 steps and 1 set of 8. Nice lesson in strength vs relative strength- trainer is prolly 50lbs lighter then my current size, she could only push it like 1.5 steps. But I am fairly certain she could move a higer multiple of her weight (it was at 1.5ish me).

                        Out late last night, slept in a bit.

                        Recovery day-
                        Walk to train

                        My back is fine, tho, yesterday didn't bother it, so I get to go back to lifting /dance

                        In other news, I ate all the things Sunday and Yesterday. Seriously. 2500 cals Sun (at least that was mostly healthy things) and nearly 2800 cals yesterday, much of which was pure sugar. Also Ive had 3 of my 4 drinks. Was tempted to wrote the week off but..... hey, last week was low cal even w a treat pretty much every day. So, this week, I just need to remember that I decided to eat all my treats at once. Going to try for super low cal today bc I am less active and to reset appetite, and then get back on track .

                            CODawn I almost wish I felt some effect from that, lol. I can eat 5,000 calories and maybe I want a nap but really Im fine. Ifc, if I manage to get zero protein or no veggies in there I feel sluggish next day but np. Having an iron stomach has some drawbacks

                              Scott and I used to have "chococate Friday" at work...pop tarts for breakfast, 3 large cookies for lunch...I had headaches every Friday. Although we're back to Friday pop-tarts lol.
