    There was one "weasle" fee but, we got out of another they tried so, it works lol. (We paid our lawyer, a title lien search fee. The weasel fee was 350 tax? Fee to transfer shares. We got out of a "move in deposit" bc, wtf, we are already in.)

                        I always go into all-fours position, turn forearms so palms point towards knees, the rock a bit back and forth to stretch.

                          Getting your hands into a prayer position and press the palms together and down. You can also turn one palm 180 degrees and press. Change positions after some 'reps'.

                            I use the GMB wrist and elbow mobility warm-up. For a full wrist-elbow-shoulder-t-spine mobility warm-up, try Antranik's upper body warm-up (requires a band, and includes the GMB exercises). These are all dynamic, rather than static, stretches, so they're really effective. Once you've done these for a few months, you can maintain your flexibility with much less work.

                                I cannot currently do meal prep bc the 1 annoying fruit fy in my home has become a fucking infestation. I have fly papers and soda bottle traps up, took out trash, will scrub kitchen/seek and destroy their food sources after the gym and I have a zapper light otw from amazon. /sigh. I wonder if my home ownders insurance would cover "burned place down bc flys".
