I had a good cat-day yesterday. Complete w an absurd amnt of time spent on grooming (ie lounging in epsom salt bath w clay on my face and a good book). Also, I realized that I like getting a manicure abt as much as my cats enjoy having their nails clipped (ie, not at all) but literally every collegue in sales or management, even the guys, at this new job seems to have their nails done so.... at least the ppl on my block charge the same price for a basic "guy manicure" if a woman has it done, and w clear I can fix any chips myself and just deal w them every 2-3 weeks >.> I guess I will just do it as a habit when I get brows sorted and put all my ewwwww ppl handling me maintenance in one day LOL. (One of my brows grows crooked and annoys me...when I try to fix it myself I make a disaster sometimes so... 10$ whenever I start contemplating tweezers isn't horrible.) (I really am in a strange business for someone who would rather be super low maintenance, this is why I stay in men's dept.)
Also, I really need to both manage my expectations of myself (size 8 is not a size my body wants to stay at, and I will always be somewhat bottom heavy) but also get my diet in check (size 10s are getting tight and I've got a belly going again, which is not ok....I cannot afford an overweight bmi at my age w my genetic risk factors). Back to logging today and going to bring lunch as a 4 day a week at least habbit at new job. (They use fooda for lunch popups in cafeteria so, I can look ahead at menu and be strategic abt when I don't pack.)
Also omg my gym needs to finish this reno asap and get that 2nd squat rack they keep mentioning.... doing squats at the end of my weight work meant having to basically just go super light bc I was beat already.

I really love being a morning person. Got up, got workout, showered, made my/my husband's lunches, had breakfast on couch w cat, got a touch of gaming in...and I will still be early for work.

Breakfast on couch with cat? What kind of witchcraft is that? If I were to try that, mademoiselle Luna would so steal every day my grilled buttered bread slice!!!(she tries to, but at least the table gives me a fair fighting chance)
