        bc on further reflection, I did not want to double up tomorrow.

        I am attempting to cook some baby kale/spinach in w my brown rice and see if I can't steam a piece of salmon in the basket on top of cooker bc I am too fucking lazy to actually cook/it is too fucking hot to be in the kitchen w the stove on. Fortunately I am pretty hungry so even if it is not my bestest dinner ever I am fairly sure it will be edible LOL.

            I actually shared your protein banana bread recipe with the girl that I am working out with because she's constantly making banana bread, the regular kind, and she's trying to lose weight and Gigi just trying to get her to stop...LOL . She has a legit addiction to banana bread. And like she was literally making some today I texted her! Crazy girl! So thanks for posting that!

              Candace just tell her to take her current recipe and replace butter/oil w nutbutter and flour w 1/2 protein powder 1/2 oats (can run oats through blender to make oat flour if she wants more traditional texture). She can decrease sugar if her protein powder is sweet tasting. (I added yogurt bc I had some that was nearing expiration and I wanted tang to ballance all the sweet, lol.)

                        I looked up monkey bread... don't think I could make that healthy. Lol. Tempted to make it anyway. Must resist....

                        Idk what my week will look like this week. Idk how to organize my training properly etc. Mostly bc I am not certain how long my new commute will be in morning traffic, so unsure if I've got time to get to MY gym and home again and there. And I'm not sure what sort of storage for employees there is there so I am unsure about bringing gym gear w me (bc there is a branch of my gym, altho I need to pay 5$ a month extra to use it, right down the street).

                        Tomorrow I could shoehorn my heavy lifting in the morning...but there is a 1030am class I want to go to bc social and recovery day. And I dont want to obliterate self bc husband is off work tomorrow so I should have a day w him and not be dead thing on couch.

                        So my original bad plan today was gym w friend... then stay there, get a coffee first, get lifts in, walk home. Hubby is at work so who cares if I then die on couch. Except 1- I am honestly sore enough it should of just been a yoga day and 2- it was raining enough that friend refused to leave me at gym.

                        It is still rainy, and, I really am sore

                          38 miles /cry. But, some biking also, total miles moved was over 50 at least.
                          gave up tracking. Much food. Not tracking this week bug trying to eat meals not graze. Will restart next week
