      Husband swears cat was just yawning but, I know that snarl, that is the "how dare you take your coat/shoes off and pet the other cat before you FEED ME WET FOOD?!?" Snarl. She had half a bowl of dry, ofc. My cat is a greedalox like me.

                When I'm doing curls, my favorite thing is to have the dumbbell bar end clip my shorts and turn the dumbbell in on me. Have come close to nutshots and a few good yanks on the wrists.

                          considering that I have been doing probably too much weighted work on top of this, and eating like an unsupervised 8 year old, and super stressed.... I'll take it. Some real progress on 2 main lifts, and cleaner form elsewhere. I am going to take a deload week and then do another 6 week run of this, possibly w some changed other priorities and definately with some more attention to basics like protein and water even if I still am a stressed out treats monster. May also invest in some partial plates so that I can try to make headway w bench and shoulder press instead of going up by too much, getting borderline hurt, and having to retreat and work back up again.

                                My bf started buying only those chips that I don't like (Sweet Chili / Oriental - yuck!), and also bought some peanut snacks like Nic Nac's (I can't eat peanuts, my skin reacts to it), because savory snacks are a "domino food" for me (if I start, I will eat an entire bag). Maybe this is an option?
