          Yesterday, I carried my now 9lb tiger (Int, the slightly less shitty but still super growly shark) to the vet. Pending bloodwork we are confident her situation is now "managed" so we will lower her steroids a bit and bring her back in 6 weeks.

          Shadow... it's not her thyroid. It might be kidney but that shouldn't have caused weight loss. I'm going to try b12 and extra food for a week but we probably need an ultrasound. It could be kidney + stress from Int being a fucking shark. Hopefully I can get a handle on it. This cat is basically my baby >.<

          Today I did Hammer w 8lbs and Anywhere Abs. I'm still being nice to Achilles.

                        Shadow feels fine.. she comes for pets, she plays, she zooms, she uses scratching post (and ottoman /sigh), she hides in her "cave" in closet when I yell bc she scratched ottoman... but she also meows for food and then only eats like 5 bites unless it is baby food so... I think I will go through w ultrasound sooner rather than later.

                        My achilles is better-ish but now I am being tortured by a varicose vein. These have moved WAY up my list of "shit I will deal w as soon as I have decent insurance/a steady paycheck". WAY. Was planning dentist first but NOPE. Fucking hurts. My diet over the last few days has been... In the words of my father "Being in pain makes me petulant, and petulant equals ice cream". (He actually said this to a nurse who came to check on his wound vac thing at some point and asked abt his diet w/r/t managing his diabetes bc she noticed his sugar was a bit off.)

                        Anyway. Yesterday I walked. Today I did Builder w 8lbs and between some standing abs w kettlebell (sidebend + leg raise, and twists).

                        I need to find the right amnt of exercise that keeps me moving but does not cost ANY willpower to do bc I am going into what I know is going to take ALL of my "willpower spoons" with training and studying for my exams.
