      Rainbow Dragon thanks! ...Now she needs to relearn litter box and which water glass is hers.

      After eating like an unsupervised 8 year old for 2 weeks, it's a project to get back on track.

      Today's useful task was rubbish, I'm not going outside bc snow, but I spent time on trailhead and editing/formating.

      I didn't want to workout today. I was unwilling to go play outside in snow and didn't want to fucking follow directions of yoga app so....

      I set timer for 20 mins (4 5 min intervals). 1st 5 mins was whatever yoga poses I felt like that included feet (or 1 foot) on floor (so lots of warriors and some balancing). 2nd was knees - tabletop w reversed wrists, cat/cows, camels, thread the needle, pidgeon, childs pose etc. 3rd was (mostly) butt - saddle, sitting twist, runners stretch, reverse tabletop, forward fold. 4th back - altho I ran out fairly quickly so there was like 2 mins of savasana.

                I am glad my "grar just move" workouts amuse people other than just me, lol.

                Today was a proper upper body workout + Tendon plus.

                Went outside to run errands (coffee cream and ingredients for an inspiration).

                Had, hopefully, my final set of arguments with KDP today... let's see.
