              Was so nice to see fam. But I ate so much just sugar and nostalgia food that my entire digestive tract is angry w me..and I usually have an iron stomach wtf. And running like a lunatic today and traveling again tomorrow ... must find a salad for dinner today at least

                  Exactly... cake for breakfast, 5 desserts w lunch, hotdogs and a beef on weck and a donut, sodium bomb bean soup, too much wine/ciders(brunch place gave 1 free drink chip per person...bunch of our group are teetolers so....4 of us scooped up all the extra chips) .. the closest I came to a veggie was pickles. Brain is super amused.... but ya. Ouch.

                    I did the exact same thing while visiting my family over Easter - last "Gr√ľnkohlessen" of this season (kale, potatoes and a TON of fatty pork) because my brother came over, dessert of course, then a steak burger with old friends in the evening (only wise decision of the entire long weekend was to order espresso instead of dessert), next day antipasti and pizza at an Italian restaurant, large Easter brunch on Monday with mom's homemade white bread and scrambled eggs, lots of cake, lots of wine / beer / whisky. Plus chocolate.

                      I seriously think this is an age thing. I feel the same way...I USED to have an iron stomach. And now it's turning on me for the dumbest food things. Wtf indeed.

                        i think it is 1-part age thing & 2-parts brain thing. at this point, we know better than we did in our 20's. in my 20's, i lived primarily on Diet Coke and Spree candies for 2 months and still ran around like an energizer bunny - with the exception of 1 class but that guy was a jerk and boring. now, eating candy like that for one day jacks up my body, my sleep and my head for a week, let alone how i'd feel if i ate like that for month.

                        wtg with the airport exercise, 'rin i broke my streak while traveling.

                          Continued w crap food today, ofc lol. Travel day! So egg sammich monstrosity breakfast, apple and doritos on bus. Got to boston, hubby crashed bc he was up all night (we were out the door at 4am). Found myself a lobster roll for lunch bc I always want to try those but since he dislikes seafood I don't hunt for it traveling w him. Narrowly avoided a cupcake but... steak place tonight and there will be booze and desert. Bought some fruit (apple, bananas), beef jerky, and peanuts to try to keep myself out of total shit lunch at PAX tomorrow. (Breakfast will be eggs at a diner here that I love, dinner all bets are off lol.)

                          Took a super nice walk tho, then hit hotel gym. So strange to work out in the afternoon.

                          K-Sculpt, lv3. 12kg bell for most but..4kg for shoulder press. Babying my shoulders a bit.

                            So, bc I was trying to make dinner reservations based on cocktail lists last night, we did a progressive dinner lol... app and cocktails at this hipster joint my husband refused to actually eat dinner at bc they had a drink I had to try (worth it); dinner at a "new south" small plates place (shared sliders, mac and cheese, aligator blt toast, some chips and dip); and I got my cupcake otw back to hotel>.>
