I ended up doing Arms and Shoulders yesterday, lv3, while watching tv.
Today was red bell day in Gauntlet, 15. The red bell days, for me, are taking a lot of modification. I will come back through this program again in a year or so when I am more fit (again). The uneven pushups? Hm... try knee pushups. Swing to press was a nogo bc I can't swing a dumbell but I can't press my 25lb bell... so I did snatches w my 15lb dumbbell. And OMG the pushups to curls was basically a burpee....1st set and most of 2nd was clean (altho using 15lb dumbbell, not my kettle, and 2 shoulder taps instead of a pushup). Then I started stepping them instead of moving quickly. Then by midway through set 3 I was just so done.... I started doing the bicep curls on my knees.
I was still raining sweat by the end of the workout, so whatever.

Yesterday STARTED really nicely.
Did my Gauntlet even if I had to use 15lb dumbbell for some of it. Did my Yoga. Went to gym group. Spoke to trainer abt the fact she's not having me pay atm "I'll give you like 100$ when I get a job" and she brushed me off about it and said to just pay from then, so, huzzah. Guilt abated. Played more Disco Elysium w my friend. (Awesome game but really dark.) Made a nice comforting dinner (chicken and peas in gravy over mashed potatoes). Then my "normal for now" headache (I cannot afford to actually go to the dr atm and get 1000000 tests to see wtf is actually wrong but I did get my vitals checked at an urgent care and my blood pressure is my normal so I am not working on a stroke, at least) got 100000000000 times worse than usual and I whinged myself to bed at like 830pm and didn't get up till 730 this morning.
Was still in dark whinging mood this morning. Spent as much time on pep talks as workout in Gauntlet. Took like 4 hrs to drink my 3 morning coffees >.> Got into a fight w Ms Shark over her pills (which seem to maybe be helping? A tiny bit? I hope?). But I really wanted to ACCOMPLISH something today. But I didn't want to actually do any hard work. So.....I did the entirity of Square 1 at lv1 while binge watching Great British Bakeoff. No rests between sets. 1-10, rest. 11-15, rest. 15-20, rest. Then rests every 2 or 3 till the end.

This week is "intro to getting shit together". I have a conversation scheduled w a mentor-ish former colleague, and will get self back into the gym as a way to get out of fucking house.
Also I need to tidy as my step mom might stop by next week and I am ashamed.
