Shark Cat lost a bit more weight (few oz). Trying an antibiotic to see if that gets the shitty-kitty situation resolved, bc ofc she is not digesting food completely w this going on. Vet is still on fence w inflammation vs cancer. Going back in 4-5 weeks. We MIGHT try the mildest (and cheapest, and given at home as a pill) chemo drug if no improvement since that is also used for treatment resistant cases of inflammation. I need to go research possible side effects vs how much time that could buy her.
I'm just so over this whole stupid year.

Like for exercise, but sorry about the kitty news. Taking into account comfort of life is very important for them, and hugs and thoughts for you to take the right (and tough anyhow) decisions, and for Shark Kitty who at least knows love, which sadly not all pets do.Comment

For now, Ms Shark is ok. Her new antibiotics were 100$ tho, and these are person sized fkn pills. 50mg. Poor cat. But other than thinking I'm a demon when I give her pills and mistrusting her litter box, she is still a pretty happy cat. Even if she is a happy 7lb cat. BUT if she doesn't improve in a week on this giant antibiotic I will ask vet if I can just stop bc it is a big enough pill that she is pretty unhappy w it.
