      I need to figure out food at work better, so that I am not comming home from work fucking starving and making/ordering nonsense for dinner. W current schedule I get home at 9-930 so ideally I should eat something like fruit and cheese...not a huge meal. Going to take a kind bar tomorrow and see if that around 4pm does the trick.





      Today I did 2 days of baseline, 10 sets of my circiut w 15lb bar, and a nice walk.

          I have the same problem with the fluids. My app (Hydro Coach) reminds me in regular intervals when I'm behind target, but I even manage to ignore those sometimes

            sleep_twitch I have Hydro Coach, too! I also manage to ignore the reminders... I also sometimes forget to log my drink after I’m finished with it.

              Granted, I'm not in the same position* as you, but it's really hard to ignore three liters** of water staring at me all the time. I consistently drink at least two and a half of it every day.











              *Well, maybe. I don't know anyone else's situation.
              **Or litres. Whichever.

                I'm just old so if I don't get it all in by 7 ish I'll have to wake up and pee and I hate that. My reminder is drink early or pee in the middle of the night. Most days I do pretty good.

                  sleep_twitch I had plant nanny and kept killing plants. Now I just note it in my food pics app (ate - paid premium to get that, worth it).

                  2 days ago I did baseline and walked before work. Today I did baseline amd walked w groceries.

                  Yesterday I also retreated from a dept that was busier than mine when asked to go help there bc I don't fucking care if I'm I'm comissioned, too many clients in those areas were wearing masks on chins/not at all. Told 2 different managers that I'd rather be broke than dead when they asked why I was back in my normal spot. At least I didn't get pushback on that.

                    About the ate app: I tried that a while ago (not premium because just a test). I had the following issue: When I track an "on path" meal (e.g. baked potato and steak at my favorite Mexican restaurant), and then add something "off path" to that meal (e.g. margarita or a dessert that wasn't really necessary), the entire meal gets marked as "off path". Possible solutions: Enter it as two separate meals, or just enter the dessert as a note, or mark the dessert as "on path", because the majority of the meal was "on path". Does this get any better with the premium version, or is it just the extra function to add water? I really liked the app, it is far less complicated than the popular "recovery apps", so it's more likely that I'll actually use it

                      sleep_twitch it doesn't fix that but. Adds liquids and you can also add activities and feelings. Also I think there sre more questions/options in how hungry was I etc while logging meal but, it may just be that I found those late.

                        So ... yesterday was 1/3 for healthy habits and that is only if you count milkshake as fluids. I ate no breakfast, 2 rediculous awesome cheeseburgers for lunch (put bacon on, toasted the brioche rolls on the pan I'd cooked the bacon on, had avocado and tomatoes and muenster cheese (melts better than cheddar but more flavor then plastic american) and pickles on side), my only walk was to the grocery store for the stuff to make burgers, and I had a giant chocolate peanut butter milkshake in leiu of dinner.


                        This is why 12/14 is acceptable, lol. It was a glorious sloth day.


                        Today I finished baseline and did 3 sets of 10 b stance deads and 10 side to side lunges w body bar. Heading on a walk soon.

                          Congrats on finishing Baseline!! And the burger sounds delicious! Except I wouldn’t take the bacon. We started using havarti cheese when we make grilled cheeses, usually with avocado, turkey, onions, and tomatoes. Love the melt it has. Might have to try Muenster eventually. And chocolate and peanut butter is one of my favorite combinations
