Made myself cry rereading one of my favorite very short stories today (The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas, by Ursula LeGuin). It seems really fitting for society currently somehow. I wish there was someplace to walk away to.
I need to get diet back on track and start working on getting back to a normal sleep schedule. I will probably be back to work in 3 weeks.
Ankle is ok standing but not ready for 1 legged work or a long walk, I think. Giving it a few more days to be safe but have taken brace off.
How did the ankle feel during your walk? I hope it's back to being pain-free! I had a problematic right ankle for years and it was annoying (strangely, the problem disappeared after I fractured two bones in that foot and had to re-learn how to walk, but I don't recommend that, obviously).
sleep_twitch it was ok. I am not going to run on it again yet, but tomorrow I will go on a longer walk and do some kettlebell swings and see how it is.
