    wjs to the rescue!


    Having some weird shit that I hope is doms. My lower abs/front hip flexors hurt. For like, last 3 days. Coughing sucks. Getting up from sitting down sucks. It's not stomach pain...and it's not 1 sided so it isn't appendix... maybe body is being stubborn about this new running shit.


    Did Ironborn 11 before my mtg w random friends of a friend today, 15lbs. Was going to skip day 5 w2r but it stopped raining so I went out. Glad I did. Altho my sprint was more of a run bc of afore mentioned abs issue...it was still faster then my pace has been otherwise.

        CODawn I shouldn't...my current pair is actually new (I bought like 5 pairs of same sneaker when I got nice sale) and they fit me well etc. I did not go to a specific runners store for them but, I did put them on/run up and down isles etc before picking at least.

                  wjs that is fine and actually sort of awesome, lol. It is a derail that suits me, at every job I'm always the person telling colleagues "hey don't try xyz w pdq new system it will lock up, I already called tech support" etc. And ya, Mianevem I caused that glitch by double posting and deleating one >.>

                  Was going to add this to tomorrow but, I have started 30 days of Yoga and did day 1 this afternoon. Also went back out for a 2nd walk to break 10k steps. I really am going to stop coddling myself about missing this, unless it is raining badly.

                    Yesterday had 10846 steps.

                    Today I did not wake up w my normal allotment of spoons.

                    Iron born 12 was abs. I wasted time for 2 hrs after I woke up then did....4 sets of abs 4 things which were not the 4 things it wanted me to do but at least I did enough reps. I am glad I already have this badge so I can just gloss over that >.>

                    Yoga day 2 heavily featured my nemesis, hero pose. My knees/hips/shins/quads hate this fucking shit so much. And trying to get a pillow just so under my butt so nothing hurts is a project. I love cat/cow tho so w/e.

                    Went for a walk. Couldn't motivate self to run. Go lost, found a fence in my way and went around it and got yelled at but saw the way back to my path like 20 feet further and was just like "sorry guys I got turned around, my path is right there". Poor worker guys. Tried to do w2r at end of my walk so I wouldn't have to go back out.... just no lol. Epic fail. Did 1 interval, half of 2nd, and told 3rd to fuck off.

                    Got a greedalox pile of grapes and some cheese and settled in for a nice gaming fix (some mtg commander and a few dungeons in ffxiv) w a buddy. Sorted dinner for next few days. (Meatballs for today/1 other day, meat/salsa/beans to make dip tomorrow for Taco Tuesday damnit. Mood was perking up.

                    So.
                    Went back out, managed w2r day 6 and caught a pic of a tree which I feel is a good mirror for a lot of ppls mental states atm.

                        CODawn he was supposed to go home today but I've heard nada which worries me... I will poke him tomorrow morning bc if he is still stuck in hospital he is going to be a grouch today

                          Hopefully it's just that the discharge is taking a while. I know that happnens. Fingers crossed he's going hope and just taking a while.

                              CODawn like 30 mins after I saw him post a pic of himself in fave chair on fb (smart, instead of making 50 phonecalls and tiring self out). He's home! talked to him this morning, seems more himself.

                              MissMolly that had been a long running wonder for me as well, actually. Now I know to just edit a double post to <mistake> or something instead of deleting to not cause that bug.

                              16237 steps yesterday

                              Was a bit "dun wanna" ish again this morning but, did not allow self to wallow. Did 1 set of Thrive to get moving then jumped into Ironborn day 13. 8lbs on Arnold's, some hillarity when I tried to go do incline pushups on edge of bathtub in socks on tile...., 5lbs on lat raises and 15lbs on triceps since 2 handed.

                              30 days of Yoga was meditation so I did that outside after my w2r intervals. So happy I finished day 7 already, I think I can do this.

                              Tomorrow's w2r is a walk... I will ofc go past 15 mins. Thinking about putting my idiot ankle weights and maybe a dumbbell into my walking pack for it >.> I should look up what weight this pack is rated for so I don't find a way to wreck it lol.

                                YAY!!!! So happy to hear that your dad is home and more himself!!!
                                Getting moving on those "dun wanna" days is hard. Sometimes, all you have to do is start though.
