        Hey, sorry. Thanks for poking at me CODawn and sleep_twitch

        So ya. Fittness wise I re finished my 2 programs, started the 30 day 1 min plank, did a bunch of just going for walks before work, and today I dragged myself to the gym but then I did not want to actually be there so I did builder with 10 lbs (except I cannot do lateral raises at that and did front raises instead) and the extra mile at lv 1 bc I've been looking at it but cannot jump/stomp in apt.

        Life wise, I was having some ennui semi crisis anyway (some changes at work that I think will be good long term but are ofc change and therefore scary, lingering cough that I am pretty sure is acid reflux related (so am starting a course of prilosec) bc I've had some heartburn lately but that is fucking annoying bc it fucks up sleep + w flu/mystery scary virus season it makes ppl look at me funny on subway, a bunch of friends are coming to PAX w hubby and I this year which is exciting but also a bit of a logistics nightmare AND it is all guy friends and they are mostly MY friends so I am worried I will have sulking hubby by end of weekend so I am both looking forward to and anxious about it at the same time which is an exhausting state, humongous body image issues lately, etc)... and then I got some ACTUAL bad news. My (step) uncle. One of the just all around best human beings I know. Super smart and generous and artistic,everyone who met him loved him. Super fun guy who was spending his early retirement going back and forth between a campground in pa and a cool house in key largo with his little dog and his (custom, he and my dad built it) trailer full of toys (several kayaks, motorcycle/trike he traded motorcycle in for to better carry grandsons on the back safely, recumbent bike, regular bike, pedelec, some petal boat thing, I'm prolly leaving something out) dragged behind his pickup truck (w his sailboat behind that on at least 1 occasion).... was going to add a paramotoring kit to his pile of toys. Had bought the thing and was taking classes. And crashed. And did not make it. Like a bad sit com plot. We are not even doing a memorial right away because his immediate family (and all of us, really) are just too gobsmacked to organize anything right away. (Not being particularly religious we have no easy formula to fall back on/no possibility to just let the "home" church set it up for us so... I guess he is cremated bc we are not in some "where is body going" panic and we will do a memorial once everything is less raw.)
