    Congrats on reclaiming 30 days.

    For working out after work I need some prep time (ride from work to the gym) and I'm pretty good at just shutting off the day once I'm there. I think about and focus on what I'm going to be doing that day on the drive from work. I get the the gym and just flip the switch and away I go. That being said I prefer working out in the morning but I will take what I get. A gym partner also helps. I have a friend that lifts at the same time as I do (we don't actually lift together) so we can push each other to show up and make fun of each other while we are there which really helps with accountability.

      For today, carrying groceries was my workout bc fuck it, I am rolling into a 6 day work week, and not putting 40lbs down for over 1k steps counts, god damnit.

          I wanted to do arms today but, needed gym near house bc they have smaller dumbbells for lat raises, and mismanaged morning/choose to read instead so had to use gym near job so....

          Abs - between/around above I did 5 sets of
          20 crunches

            I am in a pit of ennui atm (holiday retail stress is 99% likely the reason) and could not bear to go out early to gym, nor get out yoga mat/be on floor so...

            Arms of steel taps were done w hands on edge of bathtub, bc better then not at all.

            This day from power up in leiu of iron bar

            A bunch of warrior/reverse/triangles

            now I will go get my nails fixed bc they are raggedy and bugging me, hit my art museum for a fix, and maybe get some nice coffee and sammich for lunch omw to work.

                  Thanks Rainbow Dragon and PetiteSheWolf . I did some sympathetic magic yesterday by altering my approach to work (diff commute, diff lunch spot, diff walk over, shoes and hairstyle that are not my work norm) and mostly broke out of my funk.

                      I ate strangely/poorly yesterday (no breakfast save coffee before gym, then soup (hearty soup but still) after then few hrs at work to deal w client issues then omw home pub mac n cheese + gin + random ice cream sundae wtf it is cold out why did I want that). I slept strangely/poorly (in bed at 830, awake at 1am, arguing w hubby bc sound at edge of my hearing leaking from his headphones is Chinese water torture but his hearing sucks so he thinks I am imagining it, back to sleep at 4-730 when starving cats tortured me awake). So I skipped gym today bc all out of sorts physically.

                            Lol PetiteSheWolf and CODawn ... Int was definitely a bad kitty today. She pulled my coat off the coat rack to make a nest, and bit me when I retrieved it to go to work lol.
