day 4 arms of steel - 3 mins punches. Used bag, going to have a nasty bruise

Arms of Steel day 5 Iron Bar Brute Abs - 2.5 on folds, 15 on twists and chops, 45 plate on tilts
I used up most of my energy erranding this morning (dropped jewelry to be fixed, got watch battery changed, haircut, eyebrows threaded (so I can look groomed w out having to fkn paint self for 20 mins a day lol)) and rly need to clean apt. Did not want to kill self at gym then crash after.
