        How the hell do ppl work out after work? I hate it lol. Made myself but, wasn't a super productive workout.

        But, I walked a mile extra to get to/from gym so, I'll take it.

          day 4 arms of steel - 3 mins punches. Used bag, going to have a nasty bruise

          posture perfect- which was harder then I remembered maybe I need it once a week.

            Brute Abs - 2.5 on folds, 15 on twists and chops, 45 plate on tilts

            I used up most of my energy erranding this morning (dropped jewelry to be fixed, got watch battery changed, haircut, eyebrows threaded (so I can look groomed w out having to fkn paint self for 20 mins a day lol)) and rly need to clean apt. Did not want to kill self at gym then crash after.
