CODawn he is! My parents call him "fat boy" but he is mostly just big - big strong tom cat who runs around outside half the day (and may have found someone else to feed him... I would not put it past him). I think he is about 10 or 11 (my girls are 11 or 12) bc they got them about the same time but as kittens lol.
Today I am counting dragging luggage. My everything is sore and IDK if it is from gym w cousin or from being sick.
I have a huge potential project I am working on at work atm, meeting concerning it next monday which I finally got properly set up.... wish me luck please everyone.

Getting everyone gathered at 1 time was a project in and if itself, so I am hoping the parts of this I can't control fall into line now lol.
I went to bed at 6pm last night and slept 12 hrs. Obv I am both physically and emotionally still bleh. Going to take cough meds and work today, tho. No real choice.

Yesterday stretching, glutes of steel day 4, and 1 hr crowd fighting (late and unorganized attempt to see Halloween parade w a colleague). Ended w retreat to tea and sympathy for dinner.
Today glutes day 5 + Great Hold (this may go heavily into my rotation)

Counting my walk yesterday bc still sickish.
Today did Great Hold again and Tendon +. I needed that fall back extra hr of fkn sleep like I need oxygen so no gym.

My perennial favorite Chest and back light bc I sleot this morning.
Meeting this afternoon, should leave it knowing if this deal is on or not. I am a bit eeeeeeeeee bc basically everything beyond getting all the ppl in the same room and looking like I can competently handle logistics is out of my control. I don't even have some info I should really have (altho one of the ppl I am bringing w me on my team does). Going to go to MOMA this morning to find some calm ahead of time. I did not wear doc martens today bc I figured I should look business as opposed to business punk at least for 1st contact lol. Business punk is my default setting when I am the expert so you know within 2 mins of talking to me that I am who you need...not being the expert atm I went for expected default decorative.
