            We will not talk abt food, tho, grml.

            I wanted the "burn out" feeling today but did not want to get hurt again. So, picked 2 exercizes on same muscle group.
            kneeling pulldowns, chin grip

            So. Light to heavy, dropping reps w weight then back down to very light to a monster set at end.

            Idk wtf to call it but it left my back on fire in a great way. Did my leg extensions for challenge and then 3 sets of 10 hyperextensions for lower back, stretched and got to work early just in time to deal w a project I have in the works.

                  daejamurrachan I use those to sleep in and on the "I wonder if it is going to start today" and "gee, is it actually gone?" Days lol.


                  My back is sore but not miserable today so. Took that as new rep structure is nice. Decided to do legs.

                  Did both Zerchers squats and Good Mornings

                  Squats this felt right and I will stay at this weight next time. Good mornings this felt light and I will skip air and go to 3@95 next time. Calf raises the weigh was right (my back is like "no I do not want more on me atm) but calves weren't working hard enough so I think I will rly increase reps across all sets there.


                  Also did my bridmys for challenge and stretched.

                    My. Triceps. Fucking. Hurt. Wtf.

                    Did not want to go to gym. Went anyway.

                    Marched back and forth w a reasonably heavy (45lb) kettlebell for 10 mins.

                    Did 3 sets of 20 stand on bosu bounce ball.

                    Leg extensions for challenge.

                    Chest and back light to try to shake arms out.

                    Iron bar which was harder then usual so I guess I hit legs hard enough even tho they don't hurt.

                    Stretched.

                      Last week was ......got nice mileage (36) for lately. Got my workouts in. Fucking ate everything I found.

                      Lollygagged this morning so not class just reg gym.

                      did back and shoulders even tho triceps are still mad.

                                I thought she was 100% better so I stopped the anti emetic bc she hates liquid meds and 1 week later she puked on shoes 2 days in a row....she is acting healthier tho and has gained weight. Ty for asking CODawn
