I had terrible cramps. Then, in my late 30s I started the perimenopause shit where it would come and go as it pleased. In my 40s. I started with the monthly migraines. Hopefully, now it's on it's way out. It shows up when it wants to and I have hot flashes. Good times. Sorry for the TMI dump.

In my younger years no cramps and normal flow...now as I'm approaching 40 I barely spot and have HORRIBLE cramps ! Luckily I've always been lighter than my friends and duration of 3 to 4 days. Tried cups, tampons, but comfort & security only with pads! Cups were uncomfortable and spilled, tampons would burn & hurt....pads, well, that was the only other option. At this pointbim just ready for menopause because almost 32 years of this is ENOUGH for me lol...sadly I started at 8 years of age...Hope you have a better day today! Trying to train my brain that it is still a valid workout if I do not absolutely kill self. Read some interesting things on "greasing the groove" as a workout strategy and, quite frankly, an sick of being injured or so sore it effects my day to day life on a regular basis.
2 sets 5 trx rows (slowly, legs straight) + 20 shoulder taps
3x25x5 rinish barbell complex. Still total wtf w elbows. They don't listen to me at all. May just spend 30 mins fucking w just that in the near future.
stood on flat side (so round side on floor) of half bosu thing and bounced 4lb ball on floor. 5 sets 10 bounces. I need to put this back in more often, it is a nice abs + balance thing.

I have endometriosis, so I know about the "too much blood" thing (before I went on a hormone cocktail that completely suppresses my cycle, because needing two days off each month because of not being able to walk due to the cramps became a problem). The cups are nice because they can ease cramps in some women (depending on the location from which the cramps originate), but they're super messy to handle while away from home. Regarding the increased hunger, every gynecologist told me something different -- lower the carbs some days before / increase complex carbs and fiber / reduce white sugar in general etc..nothing seemed to really help though

No one came to class today bc Jewish holiday. So I got 45 min personal lesson for cheap lol. Played w landmine, pushed sled, carried trap bar. Just 70+ bar/sled but it felt nice a how light I've been doing things to work w "real weight". Talked to trainer abt elbows thing and she is going to look into flexibility things for me.
