You can only work on so much at one time. It's good that you are aware of the issues, but don't get overwhelmed....chip away at it a bit at a time, focusing on what you CAN control and learning to manage and cope with what is BEYOND your control. Focus on the successes of each day and the big picture will ultimately come together. I remember my disgust when I hit that 200 lb mark...it's tough, but change is ALWAYS an option.
